Industrial Machinery Sales Manager
What are you going to do?
In this role, you will be the face of our CNC technology across the region, responsible for building strong customer relationships and driving capital equipment sales. Your day‑to‑day impact will include:
Developing and executing strategic sales plans targeting oilfield and gas production equipment manufacturers, drilling contractors, and vessel fabrication shops
Conducting on‑site facility visits to assess production workflows and recommend tailored CNC solutions
Delivering compelling product and software presentations showcasing precision machining capabilities for high‑pressure, mission‑critical components
Negotiating capital equipment deals and managing the full sales cycle
Maintaining a robust pipeline through CRM tools while providing accurate forecasts and market insights
Representing the company at major industry trade shows (API, SPE, OTC)
Monitoring industry trends, material requirements, and compliance standards
Providing exceptional customer service and ongoing support to regional clients
Performing additional duties as assigned by management
