Job Title :IE Manager/IE Head(Industrial Engineering) Job Location :Tirupur No of Openings : 2 Qualification ;UG:B.Tech /B.E. in Textile or Garments related/PG: M.Tech in Textile / Any Postgraduate Experience :15 to 20 years in Garments / Apparel Manufacturing Salary ;75K to 1 Lakh per month(Negotiable for the right candidate) Description : Roles and Responsibilities To improve productivity, efficiency, and cost control by effective SMV control, line balancing, capacity planning, and method improvement in garment manufacturing. SMV / SAM Management Prepare and approve SMV for all styles Ensure correct operation breakdown and method study Line Balancing & Improve line efficiency continuously Approve sewing line layout and machine allocation Ensure smooth style start-up and quick stabilization Plan manpower as per SMV and style requirement Calculate daily / weekly / monthly capacity Support production planning and delivery commitment Improve sewing methods to reduce motion and time Control CM cost through productivity improvement Increase output per operator (PPD) Training & Team Development Guide and train IE executives and supervisors Support operator training for critical operations Improve skill matrix and multi-skilling Data Analysis & Reporting Prepare daily and weekly IE reports Drive corrective actions Coordinate with Production, QA, Cutting, PPC, and Merchandising Interested Candidates Send Your Profiles To [email protected] Reach Us At : 8220014457
