Indoor Sales Support

We are currently looking for an indoor sales support person to handle the below tasks:

• Receiving customers' orders and preparing the invoices
• Data entry for new products (pricing, costing, description etc.)
• Answering phone calls/Whatsapp, checking stock availability
• Following up on orders status between various channels (supplier/warehouse/delivery...)
• Checking account status (unpaid dues, statement of accounts etc.)

Gilar SARL is a company specialized in the supply of stationery, office supplies and art materials with a market presence of more than 30 years. We operate on a wholesale, corporate and retail level.

We are also importers and exclusive distributors of several international brands.

Our market channels include retail clients, banks, schools, companies, retail shops etc.

• Good Communication Skills with Retail and Corporate Clients
• Well-Organized
• Good Teamworker
• Good English (spoken & written), French is a plus
• Previous experience in stationery business is a plus

Salary Starting 650$
