INCOMING INSPECTOR / TECHNICIAN
MISSION
Ensure that the industrial processes are on the target quality levels fixed by the company and its customers, carrying out measurement tasks, inspection and quality controls, using for that the specific instrument to each product or manufacturing process.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS
- Analyze and check the raw materials, components, intermediate and finished products in a thorough way and compare the results with the provided specifications.
- Identify the products and processes those are susceptible to be improve through a quality analysis.
- Cooperate with other departments in the analysis of the quality problems.
- Carry out the register and documentation of the control quality actions achieved, informing of its results and conclusions.
- Observe Ficosa’s Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.
- Lead the team, guaranteeing its effectiveness, development and motivation, fostering Ficosa's values.
- Provide the team with the necessary means to comply with OHSE rules, ensuring they are properly used.
- Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OHSE and Quality department.

| Languages: | Basic English (written and spoken) |
| Experience: | Minimum of 1 year in a similar position |
