Implementation & Integration Specialist-NDC / API / SaaS Support
We are looking for a detail-oriented Implementation & Integration Specialist who will be responsible for client onboarding, API integrations, production support, and cross-functional coordination.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in NDC implementations, API integrations, UAT support, and L2 production support, with strong stakeholder communication skills.
Key Responsibilities -
- Lead client requirement discussions and onboarding activities.
- Drive NDC (New Distribution Capability) implementations aligned with IATA standards.
- Coordinate with Business, QA, Engineering, and DevOps teams for smooth deployments.
- Support and validate API integrations (REST / JSON / XML).
- Manage and resolve L2 production incidents (Severity 14) within defined SLAs.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and document findings.
- Support UAT cycles, validate fixes, and obtain business sign-offs.
- Prepare functional documentation (BRD/FRD, workflows, gap analysis).
- Conduct client demos, walkthroughs, and training sessions.
- Track recurring issues and maintain dashboards/reports.
Technical Skills Required -
- Strong understanding of API & System Integration
- REST APIs, JSON, XML
- Experience with Postman / SoapUI
- SQL basics
- Knowledge of SaaS platforms
- Production Support / Incident Management
- SLA & Ticketing tools (JIRA, Zendesk, etc.)
- Exposure to AWS (S3 preferred)
Good to Have -
- Experience in Airline / Travel domain (NDC)
- Payment Gateway integration/testing experience
- Knowledge of monitoring tools (Datadog, Kibana, OpenSearch, New Relic)
