The Role The Implementation & Activation Manager is an important role, ensuring operational excellence and responsible for driving day-to-day work that delivers effective campaigns, ensuring best-in-class consistent implementation, optimisation, and reporting. Working very closely with your Director, you will produce best-in-class solutions, offer unparalleled service and deliver against targets. The role involves the development and application of specialist technical skills, as well as solid people management.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with clients at an intermediate level, as it relates to implementation planning & activation.

  • Proactively recommend tactics and opportunities that resolve client challenges and objectives.

  • Ownership of the media plan, including reconciliation, and the update of plan changes, with detailed updates for internal stakeholders.

  • Able to construct and present robust Implementation plans, that are grounded in strategic priorities.

  • Oversee workflow of direct reports, swiftly escalating issues as they arise.

  • Conduct fortnightly 1:1s, annual Career Conversations and Performance Reviews with direct reports.
