Implementation Analyst

This is a hybrid role requiring two days per week in the office, offering the flexibility of remote work while still fostering strong team collaboration.
Responsibilities
As a D&A Developer Analyst II, you’ll sit at the intersection of technology, data, and client success. You’ll partner closely with internal teams and external clients to implement industry‑leading analytics solutions, resolve complex data challenges, and drive measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert for implementation and conversion processes across YieldStar, AI Revenue Management, LRO, Business Intelligence, and Performance Analytics
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve data and system issues across analytics and revenue management platforms
Execute SQL/Postgres work including stored procedures, functions, joins, aggregations, and data merges
Act as an escalation point for pre‑ and post‑implementation issues impacting timelines or client success
Manage multiple concurrent client implementations while maintaining high customer service standards
Gather, interpret, and clarify client business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Perform system setup, configuration, and validation of complex data integrations using best practices
Identify risks, missing data, or defects and drive resolution efforts cross‑functionally
Provide implementation support before and after go‑live
Maintain detailed documentation of client communications and implementation activities
Follow established departmental processes and procedures
Train and mentor new team members on workflows and administrative processes

Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in software implementations
1–3 years of hands‑on SQL experience (Postgres, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL) including JOINs, aggregates, core SQL functions
Experience with Salesforce, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office tools ( Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams )
Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to identify key insights from complex information.
Ability to support multiple departments by researching and resolving data-related issues.
Experience developing automated or long-term solutions for recurring processes.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
