Open Positions


1. Immigration Attorney – General Immigration

This role focuses on representing individuals and families in a wide range of immigration matters.

Key areas include, but are not limited to:

  • Family-based immigration (I‑130, I‑485, consular processing)
  • Naturalization and citizenship (N‑400)
  • Humanitarian relief (asylum, TPS, VAWA, U/T visas, parole)
  • Client consultations, case strategy, and application preparation
  • Responding to RFEs and government requests


2. Immigration Attorney – Litigation

This position is ideal for attorneys with strong courtroom and advocacy skills.

Key areas include, but are not limited to:

  • Representation in removal (deportation) proceedings
  • Immigration Court appearances (master calendar, individual, bond hearings)
  • Defensive asylum and other removal defenses
  • Legal research, motions, briefs, and appeals (BIA)
  • Advocacy before immigration agencies and courts


3. Immigration Attorney – Business & Employment-Based Immigration

This role supports employers and foreign nationals with employment-based immigration strategies.

Key areas include, but are not limited to:


  • Nonimmigrant visas (H‑1B, L‑1, O‑1, TN, E‑3, E‑1/E‑2)
  • Immigrant petitions (PERM, EB‑1, EB‑2, EB‑3, NIW)
  • Work authorization, extensions, and compliance guidance
  • Advising employers and HR teams on immigration strategy and planning



✅ Qualifications (All Positions)


Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Active U.S. state bar license

Immigration law experience relevant to the role applied for

Strong legal writing, organizational, and communication skills

Client-focused approach and ability to manage multiple cases

English and Spanish is preffered
