You will contribute to building reports and dashboards that provide visibility into consumer behavior and campaign performance while supporting initiatives that unify consumer data across markets. By continuously improving data processes and embedding governance standards into daily operations, you will help deliver timely, relevant, and impactful insights that drive marketing effectiveness and consumer engagement. You will be responsible for breaking down the end-to-end process to identify automation/improvement opportunities and create automation / transformation roadmaps.
What are we looking for
3+ years of experience in financial analysis, commercial analytics, pricing analytics, or insights rolesStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modelling, large datasets, formulas, structured analysis)Experience working with dashboards, BI tools, or reporting platforms (MicroStrategy, Power BI, or similar)Ability to work with large, complex datasets and maintain high data accuracyStrong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detailCommercial acumen with the ability to translate data into business insightsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision in fast-paced environmentsStrong communication skills to share insights clearly with internal stakeholdersBackground in marketing investment analysis, promotional spend tracking, or pricing strategyExposure to P&L modelling, forecasting, or long-term financial planningExperience supporting competitive intelligence or market research initiativesFamiliarity with ambiguity-driven projects and evolving stakeholder requirementsPrior experience working with global clients or multi-market data
Roles and Responsibilities: Support end-to-end commercial and competitor analytics delivery, including data extraction, validation, modelling, and reportingDevelop, execute, and maintain financial models related to marketing investment, promotional spend, and pricing across categoriesTrack and update monthly pricing actuals and refresh pricing forecast models accordinglyRevamp and maintain pricing and spend dashboards across multiple dimensions (accounts, geographies, channels, states, chains)Build and maintain brand-level P&L views and long-term commercial forecast modelsExtract and synthesize data from internal BI platforms (e.g., dashboards, reporting tools) to track commercial KPIs and performance trendsMaintain and update competitor promotional activity dashboards using external competition data sourcesSupport the Competitive Insights team by synthesizing internal and external data into clear, actionable outputsContribute to ad-hoc strategic analysis (e.g., planning exercises, scenario analysis, war-gaming workshops)Ensure data accuracy, documentation, and version control across models and reporting outputsPrepare structured summaries and insights to support stakeholder discussions and decision-making
