You will contribute to building reports and dashboards that provide visibility into consumer behavior and campaign performance while supporting initiatives that unify consumer data across markets. By continuously improving data processes and embedding governance standards into daily operations, you will help deliver timely, relevant, and impactful insights that drive marketing effectiveness and consumer engagement. You will be responsible for breaking down the end-to-end process to identify automation/improvement opportunities and create automation / transformation roadmaps.



What are we looking for
2-4 years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably within Research AgencyProven track record in data management, analysis and visualizationGood understanding of consumer and market research tools. Strong quantitative insights toolkit (brand tracking, panel/sales, U&A, segmentation) and comfort synthesizing qualitative inputsExcellent storytelling and data visualization. Detail-oriented with a passion for accuracyHands-on Askia Explorer experience (or similar platforms) for mining tracking/panel data, quick-turn cuts/dashboards and translating outputs into decisionsProficiency with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Looker) and Excel/SheetsHands-on experience in data extraction and analysis in SPSSKnowledge of data quality/QA practices, version control, and documentation standardsFamiliarity with database management systems (e.g., Excel, SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL)Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plusFamiliarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and research platformsExposure to FMCG/global stakeholders in English-speaking setupsStrong team player with collaboration and problem-solving skillsExposure to advanced analytics tools and emerging data technologiesFamiliarity with SQL or Python/R is a plus


Roles and Responsibilities: Gather and clean data from various internal and external sources, such as Askia Explorer. Ensure data quality, integrity and accuracy. Manage and maintain databases and data repositoriesExtract relevant data from the Explorer database based on request of businessConduct detailed data analysis to identify patterns, correlations and trendsUtilize statistical models to support predictive and prescriptive analyticsProvide recommendations based on data insights to enhance business operations and strategiesDevelop and maintain dashboards and visual reports to present findings to stakeholdersCreate compelling visualizations to simplify complex data insightsMaintain dashboard/reporting style guides; verify accuracy, consistency, and interpretability; manage quarterly/ad hoc release calendars and change logsPrepare regular and ad-hoc reports for senior management and other departmentsSupport the development and implementation of the organizations data strategyIdentify opportunities for process improvements using data-driven insightsStay updated with industry best practices and emerging data technologiesAlign with Analysis Hub team on priorities, define watch outs and ways to addressBuild strong and trustful network with the Analysis Hub teams to ensure alignment and foster information exchange to accelerate learning
