What You’ll Be Doing
Handling maintenance and repairs for a wide range of HVAC systems, furnaces, AC units, mini splits, and more
Delivering exceptional customer service while solving problems with professionalism and a positive attitude
Providing guidance to apprentices and junior techs to help build the next generation of pros
Diagnosing and repairing systems with accuracy and efficiency
Managing your own schedule and tasks while following company procedures and exceeding client expectations
