Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM (full-time, year-round)

Your New Role
You'll be serving customers across Andover, NH, and surrounding areas, covering a 20-mile radius from our home base. Each day brings new challenges and opportunities, from full system installs to routine service calls, all while working alongside a team that values quality and professionalism.
Perform HVAC installs and service calls
Diagnose, repair, and replace components in heating and cooling systems
Handle both routine maintenance and complex troubleshooting
Work with gas lines, electrical components, and refrigerant systems
Follow safety protocols (OSHA 10 certified work environment)
Keep company tools and vehicles in top shape
