Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems throughout New Orleans, Louisiana and surrounding Northshore areas
Perform preventative maintenance and system performance inspections
Communicate clearly with homeowners about system issues and repair options
Complete work in compliance with safety standards, manufacturer guidelines, and local codes
Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and work environment
Represent One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning with professionalism and integrity
Participate in a rotating on-call and weekend schedule as required
