Your New Role
This position is based in Knoxville, TN. You’ll be serving customers across the following areas: Oliver Springs (37840), Harriman (37748), Clinton (37716), Oak Ridge (37830), Rockwood (37854), Kingston (37763), Lenoir City (37771), Loudon (37774), and Sunbright (37887). You’ll:
Run residential and light commercial HVAC service and maintenance calls
Diagnose system failures and perform accurate repairs
Evacuate, test, and charge systems; braze line sets
Submit paperwork and collect payments by the next business morning
Keep the company vehicle clean and organized
Be on-call just one weekend per month
Build trust with every customer
