Your New Role
As the HVAC Service Manager, you’ll lead a skilled team of HVAC service technicians and supervisors based in San Antonio, TX, overseeing field operations, safety, and profitability.
Set goals and strategy for the Field Service Team while driving performance metrics
Lead recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and development of field staff
Monitor contract performance, service quality, and customer satisfaction
Manage budgets, expenses, and service profitability
Visit job sites to assess quality, coach team members, and maintain high standards
Coordinate field schedules, tools, equipment, and inventory needs
Handle escalated customer concerns and deliver professional, timely resolutions
Collaborate across departments and maintain communication flow on large accounts
Participate in strategic initiatives and continuous improvement projects
