Human Resource Specialist
We are seeking a professional and organized Human Resource Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of our organization's human resources processes.
- Manage and maintain employee records using HR information systems (HRIS)
- Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Support employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Handle employee relations issues and concerns with professionalism and discretion
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Assist in performance management processes, including annual reviews and goal-setting
- Support compensation and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations
- Collaborate with management to address HR-related questions and concerns
- Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics
- Participate in HR initiatives and special projects as needed

Nuur (B2B): A corporate solution designed for employees in the MENA region. Currently in discovery, it focuses on building culturally relevant, AI-powered mental health support for workplaces.
Nuur Kids (with Alnowair): A joint venture targeting student wellbeing for ages 8–22 across GCC schools. The pilot (Sept–Dec 2025) blends AI coaching, culturally adapted content, and gamified learning for students, parents, and schools.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in HR roles
- Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection processes
- Experience in employee relations and performance management
- Familiarity with compensation and benefits administration
- In-depth understanding of Saudi labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
