Our mission is to transform current urban logistics into a fully sustainable network - beyond local retail. We achieve this in collaboration with international partners who supply our city hubs, after which we handle the last-mile delivery with our electric fleet. This role may require availability on evenings or mornings and every Saturday.

What you'll do

Our hubs keep the engine up and running: from supporting our riders to handling the bikes, and ensuring no package is lost in the shuffle. You will:

• Lead communication between the hub and our headquarters.

• Close the hub and ensure everything is tidy and ready to go for the next shift.

• Support the team with onboarding, problem-solving, and answering their questions.

• Quality (and quantity!) control for irregularities.

• Track hours, shifts, and KPIs for our biggest hub!

• Keep the hub running smoothly by fixing processes and removing blockers.
