HSSE System Support Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Provide data record and system administration support for HSSE applications and processes.
- Act as first point of contact for incoming requests via mailbox and ticketing system.
- Handle, advise, and resolve matters related to HSSE systems and records.
- Coordinate with internal and external SMEs to identify and resolve issues that require escalation.
- Support continuous improvement efforts to ensure our systems and processes meet the requirements of the HSSE business.
- Contribute to HSSE initiatives including support the assessment of new tools and platforms to improve HSSE data collection and analysis.
- Work with the HSSE team to communicate and facilitate implementation of tools in line with the HSSE business and communications plan.

Experience with the following:
- Previous experience in customer service, support, or service-oriented roles, with a positive attitude and desire to support HSSE.
- Strong proficiency with SharePoint and Office 365 suite.
- Experience in EHS Systems and tools are highly favorable. Awareness of PowerApps, Power Automate.
- Experience with HSSE viewed favorably
- Comfortable working across global time zones and regions.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with peers.
- Proactive, and strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, along with excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Bachelor s degree or 3+ years related professional experience
