Position Details
As part of our HR department, which supports the company’s growth, you will be responsible for the following tasks while collaborating with colleagues and receiving support from your manager. In the future, we expect you to take the lead in driving a wider range of tasks and projects based on your skills and experience.
1. Human Resources System-Related Duties
- Implementation and improvement of the global job classification system; communication with relevant departments
- Implementation of compensation systems; compensation market benchmarking and analysis
2. HR Data Analysis
- Formulation and management of labor cost budgets; communication with relevant departments
- Monitoring and analysis of HR data, including workforce composition, turnover rates, performance evaluations, and compensation
3. Other
- Planning tasks tailored to HR and organizational needs
- Participation in projects within the team and cross-functional projects spanning multiple departments
Work Environment
The HR Planning Department, where you will be assigned, consists of approximately 60 members-men and women in their 20s to 40s-with diverse backgrounds.
The HR Planning Department comprises the HR Planning Group (the position being recruited for), the Stock Option Group, the Business Process Management Group, the Executive HR Group, and the HRIS Section, and you will work collaboratively within these teams.
With numerous internal and external stakeholders, as well as frequent collaboration with members of our overseas business units, you will have dynamic and global opportunities to contribute.
Career Path:
In the future, you can pursue a career as an expert or manager in the HR Planning field. Alternatively, you can grow as an HR generalist by transferring to other departments within the HR division.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Approximately two years of experience in human resources at a business company, or experience at a consulting firm (in any field)
- Native-level Japanese proficiency
