Overview
The Human Resources Support Services Manager is responsible for providing leadership and management to the HR Support Services team. In this role, the manager will ensure all case requests are worked to completion and meet the established performance targets. This role will be responsible for responding to HCM Workday requests and issues. This position facilitates continuous improvements to maximize efficiencies while providing exceptional, consistent, and timely service. Will identify and implement changes to business processes as needed. The manager will train all new hires and provide regular feedback and support to the team.

What you will do
  • Manage the day-to-day administration of the HR Support Services department to ensure that workflow and processes are completed timely, consistently, and accurately and that issues are addressed and resolved
  • Provide oversight of team responsible for most employee life-cycle transactions (from onboarding to offboarding) and HR compliance through the use and optimization of Workday and other systems.
  • Manage the centralized administration of HR records and employee life cycle documents from hire to post-employment, providing accurate processing, retrieval, and retention
  • Research requests/questions and provide timely follow-up with the requested party
  • Collaborate with the HR team and others to recommend, develop, revise, scale, and implement process, procedure, and system improvements that maximize efficiencies, automate processes and workflows, and meet compliance requirements
  • Ensure that changing HR service needs are addressed most responsively and efficiently with a focus on providing exceptional service to the organization while maintaining the confidentiality of information

Qualifications

Education
  • Bachelors Degree, Human Resources or related field (Required)

Experience
  • 5-6 years Human Resources experience (Required)
  • 2 years leadership experience, preferably in a Human Resources (Required)
  • 1 year leading an HR support services team (Preferred)

Licenses and Certifications
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP (Preferred)
