HR Specialist (M/F/D)
Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding. Partner with functional leaders to understand manpower plans, role requirements, and workforce priorities. Develop sourcing strategies using job portals, social media/LinkedIn, vendor partners, referrals, and campus hiring. Drive vendor management: empanelment, performance tracking, and cost optimization. Ensure adherence to internal hiring SLAs, hiring documentation, and audit readiness. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical positions for specific to Global Development Centre (GDC). Support workforce planning, recruitment metrics, dashboards (TAT, offer-to-join, source mix, cost per hire), and continuous improvement. Coordinate joining formalities including pre-employment checks, medicals (if applicable), induction, and stakeholder handover. Employee Engagement Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives aligned with business goals (engagement calendar, monthly themes). Drive participation in engagement activities such as townhalls, rewards recognition, sports/cultural events, CSR, celebrations, and communication campaigns. Support employee feedback mechanisms: pulse checks, suggestion schemes, engagement surveys, and action plan follow-through. Collaborate with internal departments (Admin, EHS, Facilities, L D) to improve workplace experience. Track and report engagement KPIs: participation rates, feedback trends, and impact of initiatives. Promote a culture of transparency and inclusion through effective internal communication. HR Generalist Support Support onboarding, probation reviews, confirmation tracking, and documentation. Assist with HR operations: employee records, letters, HRMS updates, and compliance documentation. Support HR policies and ensure alignment with plant/corporate practices. Participate in HR projects such as employer branding, capability building initiatives, and HR process automation.
