We are currently seeking a dedicated HR Specialist to join our team in Vienna. As an HR Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our human resources department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions.

• Manage the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.

• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

• Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR-related issues.

• Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

• Support training and development initiatives for employees.

• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers.
