Recruitment & Branding

• Create and post engaging job advertisements on LinkedIn and other social media platforms.

• Implement creative strategies to attract top talent and strengthen employer branding.

Data Management & Communication

• Maintain an up-to-date office contact directory.

• Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

• Share daily onboarding status updates with management.

Documentation & Tracking

• Organize and manage candidate documentation.

• Update submission and onboarding trackers on a daily basis.

Client Outreach

• Connect and engage with potential clients to develop and expand business relationships.
