Related experience. You’re an HR professional with at least 2 years of experience in HR Operations or coordination of HR functional activities. You have a problem-solving attitude and great people skills while being a quick learner. You have knowledge of Workday and Microsoft Office tools. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills allow you to easily draft letter templates and documentation.

Analytical thinker with a practical approach to solving problems. You look at issues from all angles, understand how different HR processes connect, and work methodically to get to the root cause. Where you really stand out is in finding clear, workable solutions to day-to-day challenges and unique employee needs. This ensures issues are resolved efficiently and in a way that meets – or even exceeds – expectations.

Quality oriented. You rarely make mistakes because you have good processes to ensure every detail is correct. But in those rare occasions when errors are realized (let’s face it, it happens to the best of us from time to time), you own them, correct them, learn from them, and then quickly adjust and communicate processes to ensure the same mistake doesn’t happen twice. It’s your transparency, authenticity, and humility that sets you apart.

Your ability to show initiative ensures the team operates efficiently and that employees receive timely, reliable support.

Champion of the Customer. You always approach requests with the enduser experience in mind. You take time to understand what employees need, while also considering how to support consistency, accuracy, and lowrisk processes. You balance being helpful and responsive with following standard procedures, ensuring that every solution is both employeefriendly and operationally sound.

Here’s what will give you an edge

Process Awareness & Continuous Improvement. You take time to understand how our HR processes work and how they impact employees and the People Team. When you notice small gaps or inefficiencies in day-to-day workflows, you raise them, share observations, and suggest practical improvements. Your attention to detail and willingness to speak up help keep our operations running smoothly and reliably.

Curiosity & Learning Mindset. Our business and our HR tools (including Workday) are always evolving, and you show interest in learning how things work behind the scenes. You take initiative to explore system features, understand policies, and learn best practices from HR colleagues. Your curiosity helps you find simpler, smarter ways to support employees and apply processes consistently across regions.

Passion for Helping Others. Your passion shows in the quality of your work, your responsiveness, and the care you bring to each interaction. It’s reflected in how you support employees, the pride you take in accuracy, and your desire to grow and develop in your HR career. You believe in the work you do and the impact it has on the employee experience — and it shows through your actions more than words.
