What You'll Do
We have an opening for a flexible, dynamic HR Operations Specialist (fixed term, 31.12.2026). In this role, you’ll support all operational and administrative HR processes along the employee journey (e.g., providing administrative support for employee on- and offboarding, issuing contracts, amendments, and certificates, handling benefits administration, and maintaining personnel files and our HR system in the three topic clusters Lifecycle, Benefits & Development, and Absence & Mobility). As our team is new and being ramped up in the months to come, you will also help us set up a fully functioning and efficient HR unit.
The field of activities within our HR Operations team is as diverse as our employees. With your professional and above-average service mindset, you will act as a direct contact for employees and other HR teams, assisting them with frequently asked general questions regarding part-time work, maternity/parental leave, and changes in personal information or status, as well as handling individual employee inquiries.
You will perform the above-mentioned tasks with the support of and in close collaboration with your team colleagues and the Centers of Expertise. You will also be responsible for implementing employee life cycle changes and data updates in our HR system, Workday, as well as for correctly entering and maintaining employee data, ensuring that all information is processed within the required timelines and to the highest quality standards.
For selected processes with shared unit responsibility, you will collaborate closely with other HR units to ensure that employee requests are handled to the satisfaction of our internal clients.
What You'll Bring
- You have successfully completed a (vocational) college degree, ideally with a focus on human resources.
- You have gained initial professional experience in HR and payroll—ideally in HR operations, HR services, or HR administration—within medium-sized or large matrix organizations in a service-oriented environment.
- You have a strong understanding of processes, numbers, and data.

- You have experience working with cloud-based HR systems, ideally ADP and Workday.

Who You'll Work With
You’ll be part of the Warsaw HR Operations Team, providing HR administrative support throughout the entire employee life cycle.
