As an HR Mobility Intern, you will facilitate international talent movement across the Gulf by coordinating visas, assignments, and Saudi government platforms (Qiwa, Absher, GOSI). You will manage employee data in SuccessFactors and assist with payroll validation, ensuring full compliance with Saudi Labor Law. Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating Gulf international assignments, including documentation and employee communication
Coordinate visa-related processes in collaboration with internal stakeholders and and external vendors.
Provide administrative support for employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, transfers, offboarding)
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
Support updates and maintenance of HR systems such as SuccessFactors / HCM
Assist in Saudi payroll data preparation and validation
Support compliance with Saudi labor law and company policies
Support HR operations through key Saudi government platforms, such as Qiwa, Absher, GOSI
Ensure accuracy and compliance of employee data across all systems
Expected Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or final year student) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong interest in HR operations, payroll, and global mobility
Good organizational and administrative skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge in Microsoft Office / Google Sheets is an advantage
Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) is an advantage
Basic knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and government portals is a plus
Strong communication skills in English
