Responsibilities

  • Participate in HR projects related to learning and development, employee engagement, and wellbeing.

  • Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops.

  • Contribute to improving HR policies and procedures.

  • Assist in the recruitment process, coordinating interviews and helping with campus recruitment activities.

  • Help maintain employee records and update the HR Information System with accurate data.

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
