HR Intern Duties and Responsibilities
- Track progress, priorities, and deadlines for various projects
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Work on a wide variety of HR projects including Employee Engagement, Volunteering Activities, Employee Benefits, and others.
- Help to identify opportunities to automate HR workflow
- Assist in analyzing HR data
- Support projects related to AI use in Talent analytics, and employee engagement
- Gain exposure to a fast-paced, collaborative office environment
- Exposure to modern HR practices and technology
- Participation in AI-enabled HR initiatives
- Organize and attend company meetings and networking events

Benefits
This is a 1-year assignment project based in Sao Paulo-Brazil, reporting to the Sr. HR Director.
Education, Experience and Certifications
Position requires the candidate to be a student currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Human Resources and Business Administration, Psychology, data Analytics, or Technology-related fields.

• Excellent project management, organizational, and follow-through skill set
• Intermediate skill in the use of Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel required
