HR Generalist

Saviynt is seeking HR Generalist to join the HR Shared Services team, supporting employees and managers globally with a strong service-oriented mindset. This role is responsible for delivering operational excellence across the full employee lifecycle (hire-to-retire) while ensuring consistent, compliant, and high- quality employee experience across regions. While the role supports the organization globally, it requires deep expertise in managing the EMEA hire-to- retire process, including onboarding, employee lifecycle changes, payroll coordination, compliance, and resignation/termination processes. The ideal candidate is a seasoned HR professional who thrives in a centralized shared services model, operates independently, manages high volumes of transactions with accuracy, and demonstrates strong knowledge of EMEA employment regulations and practices.
