About the Role We’re looking for a proactive and people-centered HR Generalist to support and strengthen HR operations across our LATAM region, in close alignment with global People Operations direction. In this role, you'll be responsible for the execution and continuous improvement of core HR processes while ensuring a positive, consistent, and compliant employee experience across LATAM. You will work closely with the Business Operations Manager and collaborate with regional and global stakeholders, gaining hands-on exposure to cross-border operations and multiple HR initiatives.
