Are you a HR professional looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic global organization?

We're looking for a HR Business Services Manager, Poland (m/f/d) to join our HR Business Services team in Wrocław or in Warsaw. You will be directly reporting to HR Business Services Cluster Leader, Central EMEA & Poland ER/LR .

In this hybrid role, you'll be the cornerstone of our local HR operations while contributing to our broader regional strategy. You'll showcase your expertise in employment law, talent management, and organizational development.

Local presence (3 days office work) and Polish+English languages are important to fulfil the core responsibilities. 

What You'll Do:

As our HR Manager, you'll deliver comprehensive HR services at the local level while ensuring agreement on our regional goals. Your primary focus (75%) will be on local service delivery, including:

  • Guide our hiring process from job descriptions to onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.

  • Provide expert compensation advice to managers and overseeing bonus plans and incentive structures.

  • Inform Total Rewards of mandatory increases and CLA alignment and provide recommendations regarding country merit increases.

  • Administer sales incentive plans, handle letter preparation and payout calculations with Finance and Sales.

  • Lead employment relations matters, including policy updates, disciplinary actions, and union negotiations.

  • Manage organizational changes and restructure plans with empathy.

  • Provide legal advice on employment matters to ensure compliance with local labor law, including policies, sick leave, absenteeism, and leave management.

  • Implementi our Strategic Business Unit strategies through performance management support, talent development initiatives, and engagement survey action planning.

What You Bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • Extensive experience as an HR Manager, experience gained in a multinational environment will be an advantage

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Polish labor laws and regulations

  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities

  • Proactive in identifying issues and developing effective solutions

  • A talent for balancing time, tasks, and projects

  • Fluency in English and Polish
