Lead the development and execution of the HR Operations Strategy in our World Headquarters in Dublin Act as the point of contact for all Employment Relations, managing complex cases and supporting resolution Partner strategically with business leaders and HR Business Partners from outside of Ireland to support organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, and performance Oversee local HR operations including payroll, fleet management, and local HR projects Facilitate and manage employee forums, promoting open communication and engagement Ensure compliance with employment legislation Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion through local and global initiatives. Drive employee wellbeing and cultural transformation Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence and Shared Services to deliver scalable and consistent HR solutions Work as an integral part of the UK & Ireland HR team, contributing to regional initiatives and sharing best practices. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, or a related discipline Active CIPD membership is desirable Progressive HR experience in a business partnering or HR leadership role Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices in both ROI and NI Experience working in a multinational or matrixed organisation Proven expertise in employee relations, HR operations, and strategic HR delivery Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders Strategic mindset with hands-on operational capability Passion for creating inclusive, high-trust workplaces Strategic Thinking - Ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives and anticipate future workforce needs Influencing & Stakeholder Management - Skilled at building trust and guiding decisions across all levels of the organisation
