HR Business Partner

Copenhagen, Hovedstaden, Denmark February 25, 2026

Do you have a do’er mentality, don’t shy away from complexities and thrive in a dynamic environment, then you can be who we are looking for!

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our global team and support senior leaders in aligning people strategies with business goals.

You will join a fast-paced company, at a very exciting time. Last year, we went through a complete re-structure and went from regional to a global organisational structure. You will therefore work with leaders across Europe, North- and South America. At the same time, being a Digital Sports Media Group, in the era of AI and fundamental disruptions, you will be guiding leaders in an organisation with rapid changes and the need for agility, efficiency and innovation.

About the role

As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you act as a trusted advisor and hands-on partner to business leaders, supporting them in building high-performing teams, their leadership role, and shaping a culture that enables our company strategy.

You work closely with leaders to turn business priorities into concrete people actions — from organisational changes and leadership decisions to performance conversations and talent development. While you bring a strategic perspective, you are equally comfortable getting involved in execution and follow-through.

You will be part of a global People & Culture team working closely across time zones and countries. In addition to being the dedicated HRBP for one or more business units, you contribute actively to the broader People & Culture agenda. We operate as one team and value a “can-do” mindset — stepping in when colleagues need support and taking shared ownership of larger cross-team initiatives.

Key responsibilities

Business partnership – strategic and hands-on

  • Translate business priorities into clear, practical people actions and ensure they are executed

  • Support and challenge senior leaders in day-to-day people decisions, always aligned with company values and culture

  • Take ownership of initiatives, follow up on actions, and ensure progress — not just advice

Performance & talent

  • Work closely with senior leaders and local HR on identifying, developing, and retaining key talent

  • Support leadership development initiatives and coaching in collaboration with relevant Centres of Excellence

Organisation & change

  • Support senior leaders hands-on with organisational design, role clarity, and team effectiveness

  • Actively support leaders through change, growth, and transformation (e.g. scaling, restructures, new ways of working), e.g. we are soon rolling out a world-wide job architecture

  • Be visible in the business and act as a role model for our culture and values

Employee relations & people governance

  • Handle employee relations topics together with senior leaders and local/regional HR — from guidance to resolution

  • Ensure HR policies and processes are applied consistently, fairly, and pragmatically

  • Advise to strike balance between business needs with employee experience, compliance, and risk awareness
