Position Summary
Provides administrative and operational support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring efficient HR processes, compliance, and a positive employee experience. Supports recruitment, onboarding, HR systems, reporting, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
HR Administration & Systems
- Manage HR inbox and respond to queries
- Process HR and payroll tickets
- Maintain employee records and HR systems (create, update, deactivate)
- Manage documentation, templates, and workflows
- Handle system access, approvals, and terminations
- Conduct reference checks
- Maintain and update job descriptions
- Coordinate onboarding and inductions
- Track onboarding requirements and documentation
- Prepare employee letters (contracts, changes, probation)
- Support offboarding and exit interviews
- Track certifications and training compliance
- Maintain compliance records and learning systems
- Support audits and regulatory requirements
- Prepare HR reports and maintain dashboards
- Track employee metrics and workforce data
- Update HR policies and procedures
- Support governance and process improvements
- Maintain compliance documentation and risk records
- Assist with HR projects and communications
- Maintain internal HR resources and guidelines
- Experience in HR admin, recruitment, or HR support
- Knowledge of HR lifecycle processes
- Experience with HR systems/HRIS and data management
- Understanding of compliance and documentation
- Strong organizational, communication, and admin skills
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Monday to Friday 5AM-2PM (Manila Time)
- Permanent Homebased
- Candidate's are expected to have a conducive (quiet, distraction-free) dedicated workspace
- Equipment will be provided by the company
- Hired staff is required to have a stable and reliable internet connection with at least 20MBPS for both download AND upload speed.
