All careers enquiries start with the Information Team who are your first point of contact. They can help guide you to the most appropriate resources and support. 

The Information Team can answer a huge range of Careers-related queries and provide quick, easily accessible advice and guidance.

You will be invited to speak to one of the Information Team for an informal, diagnostic review of your requirements and circumstances.

You can choose an in-person or virtual 20-minute meeting with the Information Team, which can be booked up to 3 weeks in advance and subject to availability.

You may then be referred to meet with one of our Careers Consultants for a 20-minute, confidential discussion.

If you are referred to speak to one of our Careers Consultants, you can choose an in-person or virtual 20-minute meeting, which can be booked up to 7 days in advance and subject to availability.

The Careers Consultant will work with you to identify appropriate approaches and resources, tailored to your particular circumstances. Our confidential one-to-one career consultations are supportive and aim to help you move forward faster than you would probably do on your own.

Booking a room for a Careers activity

We understand it is not always easy to find a safe and confidential space to get involved in careers activities so we have a dedicated student space that you can book to use for any careers activities such as attending a virtual interview or other application assessments, accessing our virtual support or taking part in one of our virtual workshops.
