Personal Driver/Estate Foreman (Livingston, NJ)

Busy executive is looking for someone to assist as a personal driver and estate foreman.

Estate foreman responsibilities:
– Must possess knowledge in the repairs of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, HVAC/boilers, etc.
– Perform routine preventive maintenance associated with building, grounds, fixtures, lighting, etc.
– Inspect grounds, buildings, and other common areas daily to minimize any major repair concerns.
– Work with executive/family to incorporate outside vendors when necessary.
– Work with existing/new vendors to ensure quality of service.
– Provide basic painting duties including drywall and plaster repair, painting, filling holes, and cracks, wallpaper repair, installation, and replacement.
– Perform basic carpentry duties which include installation, shelving, repair of moldings, doors, windows, and associated hardware, etc.

As the personal driver for the executive (and family):
– Drive to various destinations upon request, with knowledge of various cities (tristate area) and efficient routes.
– Drive to airport for pick up and drop off (various hours) as needed.
– Assured that the vehicle is maintained in excellent condition and is cleaned regularly.
– Perform/schedule vehicle maintenance such as refueling, oil changes, etc.
– Run miscellaneous errands as assigned.
– Available to work overtime and on weekends if and when needed.

Requirements:
– Must have clean and valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check.
– Must be willing to work extended hours when needed.
– Must have verifiable references.

Work days / hours:
Monday – Friday
10am – 6pm

Compensation:
$75K – $80K
