Housekeeping Runner

The Houseperson/Runner is a critical member of the housekeeping team, responsible for providing support to housekeepers and ensuring that guest rooms and common areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked. The ideal candidate will be a hard worker with a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and attention to detail.
In this exciting role, you will:
- Provide support to housekeepers by delivering supplies, removing trash, and cleaning common areas
- Deliver requested items to guest units promptly and efficiently
- Greet guests and respond to their requests in a friendly and helpful manner
- Stock linen closets and other storage areas
- Walk the property daily to ensure cleanliness and a welcoming environment
- Report any maintenance issues to the housekeeping supervisor
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Demonstrates a friendly and positive demeanor
- Possesses a strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must be comfortable working in a variety of outdoor weather conditions (i.e., hot, cold, wet, humid, etc.)
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must have proof of a valid driver's license
