Housekeeping & Public Areas Attendant
What are we looking for?
- Perform full cleaning of guest rooms: change linens, make beds, clean bathrooms and surfaces, vacuum, and restock amenities.
- Maintain hallways, common areas, and service stations clean and organized.
- Immediately report any damage, malfunction, or irregularity found in rooms or assigned areas.
- Control and request the necessary supplies in a timely manner (amenities, chemicals, linens, cleaning tools).
- Comply with hygiene and safety protocols, proper use of PPE, and correct handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Ensure rooms meet hotel turnaround times and quality standards.
- Assist with special guest requests related to cleaning or room setup.
Follow brand standards and departmental guidelines established by the Housekeeping Department.
