Role areas

Executive Housekeeper

Bringing guest comfort to life is a very special role. As Executive Housekeeper, you uphold our reputation for exceptional stays. You’ll ensure our rooms are superb, and that every guest request is met from arrival to check out.

Overseeing the housekeeping team, you’ll inspire them to the highest standards of cleanliness. Carrying out room inspections, ensuring facilities and public areas are neat and clean, maintaining stock and replenishing supplies and amenities – you’ll be attentive and thorough. Creating a haven of relaxation fit for every guest.

Head Housekeeper

At IHG, every room is an experience. And as Head Housekeeper, you know it’s the little touches that charm our guests. Clean, crisp linen, spotless bathrooms, ultra-fluffy towels – guest comfort depends on every last detail.

A diligent supervisor, you lead by example, making beds, deep cleaning surfaces and preparing suites yourself. And you’ll train the housekeeping team to the highest standards too. From cupboards to closets to storage areas – no nook is overlooked by your inspection. With responsibility for finances and day to day staffing plans, you’re the heart of housekeeping.
