About Our Family

We are an active, busy family with four kids, each with their own schedules for school and extracurricular activities. Our kids range in age from 9 to 4, with distinct interests and personalities that keep us on our toes. Our home is full of energy, love, and laughter, and while we keep a structured routine to manage our busy days, we value flexibility and teamwork. We are looking for someone who can step into this dynamic environment and help us juggle the daily tasks with ease.

Ideally, you are someone who can manage the chaos with calm, help anticipate the next need, and keep everything running smoothly with a smile, whether it’s laundry, meal prep, or getting the kids to their activities on time. While things are often fast-paced, there’s always room for fun, creativity, and a little bit of silliness. We want someone who will not only help us keep up with the everyday tasks but who will bring their own positive energy and warm presence to the family. If you're someone who enjoys being part of a supportive, collaborative family environment and thrives in a flexible, dynamic setting, you’ll fit right in.

Who You Are / What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who can roll with the punches, whether that means meal prepping and packing lunches, or supporting our busy afternoons with driving and activity logistics. You’ll have a strong grasp on the day’s flow, the small details that matter (like making sure each child’s activity bag has the right gear—from the outfit they need to equipment and all that comes from truly knowing the family’s rhythm) and you’ll handle it all with a sense of ownership and responsibility. You’re the kind of person who doesn’t need to be micromanaged; you anticipate the next thing to do and take pride in getting it done.

You’re calm, kind, and patient with our kids, always knowing how to keep things lighthearted and moving forward. You’ll bring warmth and positivity, whether you’re helping them with homework, getting them to the next task, or just being present for some downtime. You know how to read the room and adjust your energy based on what the family needs—sometimes it's go-time, and sometimes it's time to chill.

With a strong sense of organization, you’re detail-oriented and punctual, making sure that the behind the scenes tasks and schedules are kept on track. You’re flexible and adaptable, always ready to pivot when plans change, and you approach feedback with openness and resilience. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a growth mindset, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, you’ll be the perfect fit for our team. We need someone we can truly count on to keep things running smoothly and also brings an orderly yet easygoing vibe to our home.
