About Our Family
We are a professional couple with demanding careers in science and engineering, often balancing long workdays and complex projects that require a great deal of focus and energy. While we are deeply committed to our work, we are equally committed to creating a home environment that feels calm, organized, and supportive.
Our home is shared with three dogs and a cat, who are beloved members of our household and contribute to a lively and welcoming atmosphere. We also travel internationally throughout the year, including spending time with family in Brazil, and we value maintaining a home that feels well cared for and ready to welcome us back after busy periods of work or travel.
Like many dual-career households, we have reached a point where we would like to reclaim more of our personal time outside of work. Much of our free time currently goes toward household tasks, cooking, and daily logistics. We are hoping to bring in experienced support so that our home continues to run smoothly while allowing us to slow down, enjoy shared meals, and create more space in our lives for rest, connection, and joy!
We are looking for a thoughtful and experienced long-term House Manager who can support our home on a consistent schedule, take ownership of key household responsibilities, and help create a sense of ease and order in our weekly routines. We love food, and sharing a good dinner together is often the best part of our days. In addition to manager responsibilities, we are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys crafting tasty home cooked meals.

You love animals. You are comfortable in a pet-friendly household and move confidently in a home with multiple animals, understanding how to be mindful of their routines and presence throughout the day.
Most importantly, you are professional, dependable, open to feedback, and take pride in your work. You enjoy being the steady person behind the scenes who helps a home run smoothly so that the people living in it can focus on their work, rest, and personal lives.
