ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 基本职能

• Provide technical support and technical solutions related to powder metallurgy products for customers, sales department and end-users.
• 给予客户、销售、终端等与粉末冶金相关的技术支持及技术解决方案。
• Responsible for PMT related technical investigation and project development activities, including planning, testing, data analysis and reports.
• 负责粉末冶金材料相关技术项目活动，包括实验方案的制定、测试、数据统计和报告的编辑等工作。
• Initiate and implement customer technical support, technical research, and other related tasks, then provide the results to the development department to serve product and application development.
• 发起和执行客户技术支持、技术调研等工作，将结果反馈给开发部门，服务于产品和应用开发。
• Provide technical support for the development and quality improvement of manufacturing processes of production.
• 对生产工艺过程开发和质量改善提供技术支持。
• Support in new products launching and follow–up of customer trials.
• 支持新产品的推广以及跟进相应客户试验。
• Perform competitor products benchmarking test 
• 竞争对手产品的对比分析。
• Participate in technical seminars and on-site training for customer and end users.
• 参与针对客户与终端客户的技术研讨会和培训。
• Participate in technical marketing, conference, exhibitions and proofing marketing technical materials.
• 参与技术市场推广活动，行业会议，展览以及负责确认相应技术宣传材料。
• Support the lab and equipment management and improve working process, participate in the safety management in all workplaces.
• 支持实验室和设备相关管理工作，参与相关工作过程改善，并参与安全管理等工作。

SPECIALISED OR TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Describe qualifications/training and experience required for the job.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in materials science, mechanical engineering or related. Have more than five years of working experience in powder metallurgy and related materials industry.

• 材料科学与工程、机械工程或相关专业本科及以上学历， 具有粉末冶金及相关材料领域五年以上工作经验。

• Excellent project management skills and vast experience on product and process development projects.

• 出色的项目管理技能和丰富的产品及工艺开发项目的管理经验。

• Good English skill in Writing, Reading, listening and talk.
• 良好的英文听、说、读、写能力。
• Essential knowledge about products and process.
• 具备产品与应用过程的理论知识，并能结合实际解决问题。
• Competence of organizing & executing experiment and drafting technical reports.
• 具备组织和执行试验的能力，以及相关技术报告的撰写能力。
• Good presentation and interpretation skill.
• 良好的演讲和说明能力。
• Good communication skill and teamwork.
• 良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力。

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT 身体要求和工作环境

• Mobility required with short notice for travelling.
