Im Bereich Facility Management suchen wir Sie zum nächstmöglichen Termin als
HKLS-Meister (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben
- Gewerkeübergreifende Arbeiten als HKLS-Meister im Gebäudebetrieb
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit direkten Kollegen in der Haustechnik
- Durchführung, Begleitung und Unterstützung der Wartung, Reparatur und Instandsetzung von gebäudetechnischen Anlagen
- Selbstständiges Ausführen von Rundgängen sowie Betreiben der gebäudetechnischen Anlagen
- Regelmäßige und planbare Rufbereitschaft im Rotationssystem
- Koordination von Fremdfirmen und Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten durch Nachunternehmer
- Eintragung als Betriebsleiter bei der Handwerkskammer
Ihr Profil
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als HKLS-Meister sowie Berufserfahrung im Führen von technischen Mitarbeitern
- Kenntnisse der gängigen Vorschriften, Verordnungen und Normen
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Organisationstalent
- Service-, Kunden- und Ergebnisorientierung
- Selbstständigkeit, Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Einsatzbereitschaft
- Hands-On-Mentalität
- Professionelle interne und externe Kommunikation auf Deutsch
- Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
- Guter Umgang mit den gängigen PC-Programmen (MS Office, CAFM)
- Einen Führerschein der Klasse B
