High Voltage Test Laboratory Supervisor

Ensure test lab personnel are fully trained in testing and safety procedures as well as follow up on of all valid technical and safety rules. Manage all electrical tests from standard procedures on all ranges of instrument transformers, as determined by engineering documentation, using the appropriate electrical knowledge and Test Lab instruments, ensuring daily production quotas are met. Coordinate testing with Production Planning and visiting inspectors. Provide engineering test information to Engineering Department. Provide test reports regarding compliance with contract requirements. Ensure testing instruments are in excellent condition, safe, and are calibrated. Provide recommendations for improvement of all testing instruments. Responsible for ordering all equipment and ensuring cleanliness of the workshop floor for testing. Carry out daily routine planning for the Test Labs. Evaluate the performance of the Test Labs staff. Follow all safety practices and procedures related to high voltage testing and the workplace.
