High Voltage Test Lab Manager – Instrument Transformers

Lead and mentor supervisors and unionized lab personnel, fostering a culture of performance and safety. Manage engineering and technical functions within the test lab, ensuring high-quality testing and analysis. Develop and enforce standardized testing protocols in line with IEEE, CSA, and other global standards. Strategically manage lab cost center and budgets (CAPEX/OPEX), equipment lifecycle planning, preventive/corrective maintenance and capacity optimization. Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline testing processes and enhance operational efficiency. Champion Environment, Health Safety (EHS) practices, integrating them into daily lab operations and development plans. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Production, R D, Quality) for product qualification and issue resolution. Monitor and analyze test results to support product validation, development, and customer certification.
