Executive Maintenance

Location: Mandideep, Madhya Pradesh, India

Position Title: Officer / Executive – Maintenance

Summary:  

The position is accountable for operating the boiler and ensuring efficient utilization of plant utilities, including steam, cooling, and heating systems. Responsibilities include preventive and scheduled maintenance, adherence to safety and food safety standards, and maintaining compliance during all operations. The role involves conducting breakdown analysis to improve productivity, managing spare parts inventory, and coordinating with vendors to ensure timely service and maintenance closures.

Accountabilities:

Top 5 Core Responsibilities / Outcomes Expected

1.Boiler Management: Management of Boiler Operation and ensure boiler efficiency more than 75%. 
2. Steam Line Management: Ensure PM of Steam circuit in Plant and no leakages in Steam circuit. 
3. Steam Audit: Conduct Audit for steam generation and ensure efficient distribution of steam in plant. 
4 Spare part management: Ensure Critical spare part management and no stoppage of boiler due to spare failure. 
5. Performance Analysis: Analyze equipment performance and weekly review of operational efficiency.

1.Cost Efficiency:  Budget Management and utility cost optimization. 
2. Vendor Management: Handling service vendors and follow-up with vendors for job completion as per Hershey standards and aligned contracts.
3. Sustainability: Promotes energy efficiency and environmentally responsible practices.
4. Auto CAD: Knowledge in Auto cad and drawing management. 

Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Good knowledge of boiler operation and utility heating and cooling applications. 
Good communication skills and MS office knowledge. 
Breakdown and Preventive maintenance management

Experience & Education

Education:  B.E/ B.Tech degree in Electrical or mechanical engineering.
Experience: 5+ years
