Helpdesk+VDI Exp_Local to Denver CO_w2
We are looking to fill a position for Helpdesk in Denver CO.
Selected person will be responsible to supporting a Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environment. We are currently seeking a technician to:
· First and second tier troubleshooting of user reported issues
· Keep customer informed on status of any outages
- · Provides support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
- · Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
- · Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
