Helpdesk Engineer (Hybrid/Kyiv office)

Welltech is seeking a Helpdesk Engineer to join their IT team, providing technical support to employees and troubleshooting various IT issues.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role
Technical skills and hands-on experience with: User account and identity management systems
Endpoint operating systems (Windows and/or macOS)
Mobile device management (MDM) solutions
Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues
Experience providing remote support to a distributed workforce
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
