Heater Product Development Engineer

Position Summary

Heater (Module: Heater with associated parts) Design engineer will play a key role in Heater module development to grow Momentive Technologies’ heater solutions business for semiconductors and compound semiconductors. Momentive Technologies manufactures pBN/PG heaters, TaC heaters, heater modules and thermal levelers to customers’ thermal, power and size specifications.  Working place is in Kobe or Sayo-cho.

Major Responsibilities

Ceramics Heater and Ceramics Heater Module Development 

- Communicating the customers to know their requirements.

- Impliment the customer's requirements based on ceramics heater.  Heater pattern designing will be required.

- Impliment the customer's requirements by designing module with ceramics heater to create only 1 product in the world.

- Project management from product development to mass production.

- Responsible to communicate and find resolution for challenges encountered during the prototype and development stage of customer projects.

- Facilitate analysis of design constraints, operational capability, and timeline for development projects. 

ADE for Heater Products

- Communicating with customers through sales team all over the world to finalize the specification before quotation.

- Establish better solutions for both customer and our company.
