AbbVie is seeking a Healthcare Ecosystem Management Lead to lead a nationwide team of regional healthcare ecosystem managers. The successful candidate will design, negotiate, and implement innovative care projects with a holistic approach to optimize patient pathways and ensure optimal regional market access for AbbVie's product portfolio.

Requirements

  • Completed university degree in the fields of health economics, natural sciences or business administration or relevant alternative professional experience.
  • At least 7 years of experience in the fields of market access or health policy in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven success in personnel management, including the management of infield teams and cooperation in functionally transcending teams.
